Your work supports specific business requirements, contributing to the overall success and adaptability of the technology landscape within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software components.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance software development processes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and client-side programming.
- Ability to optimize performance and ensure responsiveness of applications.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
