This position is based in San Francisco where the team is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work from home Monday and Friday. We offer relocation support for those based outside of San Francisco Bay Area.
About the role
We’re building both a product and a technology, and we always prioritize acting in a customer-centric way. In this role, you'll be presented with challenging technical problems, as Persona's product needs are increasingly complex as we balance the ever-changing compliance requirements of our customer base, ranging from small startups to Fortune 10 companies. You’ll help lead the development of reliable products and seamless user experiences, mentor junior engineers, and contribute directly to the long-term strategic vision and quality of the Persona product.
