What you will do

  • Lead and manage teams across geographies in a dynamic matrixed environment to drive consistent processes through the COE Network

  • Drive Adoption and Growth: Partner with regional sales, operations, and global product teams to deliver innovative solutions that win over our customers

  • Foster Collaboration: Establish strong connections across Continental Europe sub-regions to enable seamless integration of COE deliverables and capabilities

  • Optimize Processes: Lead initiatives that standardize and improve processes, ensuring our teams operate efficiently and effectively

  • Support Innovation: Develop proof of concept for new products and services, ensuring our sales support teams are well-prepared for market rollout

  • Monitor Performance: Analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic goals

  • Create partnerships with innovation and product development teams to streamline processes and enhance collaboration

  • Manage and optimize sales support efforts, advocating for COE capabilities and leading programs to drive success

  • Identify and propagate best practices across the organization to ensure consistent and efficient sales support

  • Lead and sustain a long-term sales support strategy, working closely with commercial and engineering teams

What we look for

  • You will be responsible for teams of engineering experts, thus you ideally bring extensive experience in a technological environment, including leading cross-functional teams

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline

  • Exceptional communication skills In English that enable you to effectively engage with all levels of employees and management

  • An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a proven ability to drive and manage new projects

  • Familiar with pre- and post-sales engineering practices with ability to drive consistency in complex global situations

  • Willingness to travel (30%)

  • The work location is flexible within Continental Europe
