About the Program
Already in the beginning of your journey you will be fully responsible for delivering projects related to real customers. You will influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level and learn priceless retail experience for your future. You will plan and develop business, learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom.
During the program you will:
Work with key market retailers (like Metro, ATB, Eva) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions.
Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies.
Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Develop your negotiating and sales skills as well as your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding.
Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply)
As a Key Account Manager Trainee, you will benefit from:

Job Qualifications
We are looking for:
Students of the 3rd-6th year of study or fresh university graduates;
Upper-intermediate level of English & fluent Ukrainian;
Valid driver's license;
Strong problem solving, interpersonal & leadership skills and excellent analytical thinking;
Positive attitude towards challenges and changes.
