Scope of Responsibilities:

As a Controller with a focus on cost unit accounting, you play a key role in the financial management and analysis of our projects. You work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Assembly departments to ensure transparency and cost-efficiency throughout all project phases.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Calculation & Project Controlling

• Preliminary and concurrent costing of current projects, including error correction and interim billing

• Creation and monthly update of project cost calculations (Excel) for ongoing projects

• Support for Sales in offer calculations and SAP project setup
   

·         Contribution Margin & Budget Planning

• Monthly determination of contribution margins for delivered projects and modifications

• Budget planning for trials and development projects
   

·         Provisions & Risk Analysis

• Monitoring and evaluation of individual risks for delivered projects

• Execution of project-related risk analyses
   

·         Forecast & Financial Planning

• Revenue planning and profit forecasting for the current and upcoming fiscal years

• Monthly maintenance and adjustment of forecast files
   

·         Evaluations & Analyses

• Preparation of project-related evaluations (e.g., material ratio, hour and cost comparisons)

• Execution of value analyses in collaboration with Engineering

• Special evaluations such as type- or year-based statistics
   

·         Reporting & Month-End Closing

• Retrieval and maintenance of Daily Sales data and integration into corporate files

• Participation in month-end closing including inventory preparation (in collaboration with colleagues)

• Price list calculations
   

·         Administrative Support

• Assistance with account assignment questions and allocation of order numbers for Sales, Engineering, and Assembly

Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in project controlling or cost unit accounting

• Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O

• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high affinity for numbers

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
