Your Role and Impact

As a returner, you’ll play a vital role in our cutting-edge projects. Here’s how:

  • Role Placement: Based on your skills and experience, we’ll place you in one of our open roles. We have opportunities at all levels.
  • Transition Support: Benefit from a tailored support framework for the first 6 months as you transition back into the workplace.
  • Remote Work: Embrace remote working in our ‘virtual first’ environment with the added flexibility of connecting in person as necessary as well as collaborating with a global team.

About You

We’re looking for passionate individuals who want to re-launch their careers. Here are the requirements:

  • Career Break: You’ve taken a career break of 18+ months (including breaks of 10+ years).
  • Commitment: Whether you’ve been working on a small-scale basis or haven’t done paid work for several years, your commitment to growth matters.
  • UK National: You must be a UK national and able to meet our security clearance requirements.

Recruitment Process

  • Step one: Complete your application in Workday.
  • Step two: Interviews: Two-stage interviews will take place in June/July 2024.
  • Step three: Programme Start: The Back to Business Programme begins on 02 September 2024. Successful candidates will join a small group of returners.
