Lead the future of automation upgrades.
ABB has a unique installed base of automation, electrical, and telecom systems worldwide, many of them operating reliably for decades. As these systems age, the need for safe, efficient, and sustainable upgrades is rapidly growing. To meet this demand, ABB has established the Automation Upgrade Segment, focusing on modernizing Safety Automation Systems (SAS) and automation platforms using the latest technologies.
We are now looking for a Technical Bid Manager Team Lead to play a key role in shaping future automation upgrade solutions for our customers.
Your role
In this role, you will lead and own automation upgrade bids from early technical evaluation to final commercial offer. You will ensure that customers receive the right solution at the right time, balancing technology, risk, and commercial value.

As part of the Automation Upgrade Technical Advisors team, you will directly influence how ABB modernizes its installed base—improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability for our customers.
