Job Description Summary

The Global Sales Ops Manager will be accountable for managing all KPI’s for the Transactional Business Line including associated action plans, weekly pacing responsibilities, closing packages and supporting the regular business planning cycles (budget, LRF, etc). The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with an analytical mindset and a strong ability to influence a broad group of stakeholders.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Owns the responsibility for aggregating an accurate and timely weekly orders forecast for the TX + MMP business line, including risks and opportunities, enabling the Gas Power Services business to deliver its $4.6B orders target in 2026.
  • Manage and drive all TX + MMP commercial action plans and PSR’s (examples include Core, Convertible Orders, New Unit Spares, Underserved, etc.). Lead Commercial MOR.
  • Partner with the business lines and regions to drive Sustainable Productivity projects.
  • Support the SLT operations reviews, Long Range Forecast (LRF) and budget planning cycles.
  • Accountable for TX + MMP quarterly annual closing packages
  • LEAN Ambassador. Simplify legacy processes, drive elimination of Non-Value Added (NVA) work using the LEAN tools and principals. Drive standard work across all segments of TX + MMP business line.
  • People leadership. Lead, motivate, coach, develop, attract, retain & grow pricing and competitive intelligence talent pipeline
  • Demonstrate thought leadership. Collaborate across regions, business lines and functions to understand commercial trends incorporating win-loss data, 3rd party information sources and field interaction & provide with strategic or tactical responses to those trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience of which at least 4 years in Strategic Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Commercial Finance or similar with significant commercial responsibilities.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $108,600.00 and $181,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
