Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive agency sales & recruitment numbers for Central Region

  • Interviewing of candidates to be recruited as direct appointed agency leaders & financing agents

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual agency sales & recruitment plans

  • Network with agents through meetings & daily media interactions

  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (agent, Unit Managers, Wealth Managers & Agency Managers) in the Region

  • Organise & host management meetings. Keep record of meeting minutes for audit purposes.

  • Liaison person with Agency & top Management on agency initiatives & resolve issues

  • Reporting to Head of Sales

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent

  • 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry preferably in the fields of Agency Sales, Marketing or Agency Development

  • Proven leadership and negotiation skills

  • Highly developed communication & relationship skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.

  • Exposure to backend technologies or full-stack development is a plus.
