Position Summary

You will be responsible for designing and implementing access strategies for the immunology area in Colombia. You will work collaboratively with local and regional teams, including commercial, medical, and access areas, to ensure that solutions respond to the needs of patients and the healthcare system.   • Design and execute access strategies aligned with the immunology portfolio life cycle.

  • Identify barriers and opportunities within the healthcare system and propose practical, scalable solutions.

  • Develop local value packages, including clinical and economic evidence, for evaluation, purchasing, and funding processes.

  • Collaborate with commercial, medical, HEOR, and regulatory teams to ensure effective implementation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with payers, providers, patient associations, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor the healthcare environment and competitor activity to adjust access strategies and support tactical decisions.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • University degree in health sciences, economics, business administration, pharmacy, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, payer relations, HEOR, or related areas in Colombia.

  • Deep knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system, reimbursement, and contracting processes.

  • Experience preparing value dossiers, budget impact analyses, or economic models.

  • Strong ability to influence and negotiate with multiple stakeholders within the healthcare system.

  • Advanced level of English (C1 or above) and Spanish required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Postgraduate studies in Market Access, Public Health, Health Economics, Business Administration, or related areas.

  • Prior experience in immunology, specialty care, or complex therapies.

  • Proficiency with analytical and modeling tools.

  • Experience collaborating with regional or global teams in a multinational company.

Working Model

This position is offered in a hybrid format. It requires regular presence at the local office in Colombia and travel to healthcare entities and stakeholders in the field according to role needs.
