The Role: FP&A Associate
Your mission:
Your mission is to monitor, analyze, and optimize Framebridge’s operating expenses to drive sustainable & profitable growth and support strategic decision making.
By analyzing and optimizing operating expenses, this role will contribute to improving financial performance and building a foundation for future expansion.
Reporting to the Director of Sales FP&A, the FP&A Associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and optimize financial processes.

The FP&A Associate will help build an efficient and scalable operation by maximizing the value per dollar spent across all departments and expense categories.
Reports to: Director of Sales FP&A
Location: Washington D.C.
Travel Requirements: As needed for projects, not expected to be significant
Compensation: Base Salary plus Framebridge benefits
What you’ll be responsible for:
Drive the month-end expense close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track and communicate performance to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Monitor actual expenses against budgeted and forecasted amounts, investigating variances and highlighting areas of concern or opportunity.
Assist in the development of budgets & forecasts in close partnership with department heads.
Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to establish and implement expense control measures.
Analyze payroll data to identify trends, manage labor efficiency, and support workforce planning initiatives.
Develop and maintain financial models to support expense planning and analysis.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and senior management to drive informed decision-making.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling; experience with NetSuite a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
