About your job

You’re responsible for developing and executing objectives based on the Mobile Crushing and Screening for our business in Northern Europe, ensuring revenue growth and profitability through an optimal product segment mix. You lead and coach a dedicated sales team, working closely with Territory Managers and other Business Line managers to achieve ambitious targets. Your scope covers the full portfolio – capital equipment, spare/wear parts, and related services – with a clear focus on aftermarket growth and bundling.

To strengthen commercial execution, you also:

  • Own monthly forecasting and pipeline accuracy.
  • Develop distributor capability through joint business plan, regular reviews and commercial governance.
  • Support sales activities through site visits, demonstrations, negotiations and structured follow-up.
  • Drive account ownership across the network, ensuring alignment on account strategies and aftermarket development.

Location and flexibility

The location is flexible within Northern Europe, preferably in Sweden or Finland. The role includes extensive travel to customers, distributors, and Sandvik entities. You report to the Vice President – Sales Area Northern Europe.

Your profile

You bring technical knowledge of Mobile Crushing and Screening and aftermarket products, as well as several years of industry experience and managerial experience within mining or infrastructure sectors. A degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering – or equivalent – is essential. You’re commercially savvy and skilled in contract management and have good negotiation skills together with confidence in shaping deals to meet revenue and margin requirements. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.

You’re a strategic thinker with sound judgement and problem-solving ability. Your advanced communication skills and strong customer orientation help you build lasting relationships. Thriving in a matrix organization, you demonstrate flexibility, self-reliance, and excellent time management. You lead by example, coaching teams to success while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
