Job Description
The Jackson® Internship Program is practical work experience that enhances a student's academic, career, and personal development while helping Jackson identify well-trained and talented individuals.
Program Description
Jackson believes its internship program is an investment in the future. The program's intent is to provide students with an opportunity to use their skills, aid in their personal development, and have enjoyable and meaningful work assignments.
Jackson’s Summer 2026 corporate internship program will be an eight-week in-person program starting June 1 and concluding July 24. Commitment to this specified time frame will be critical for consideration. Interns are expected to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday during business operating hours.
Department Description & Program Specifics
The Strategic Relationships team manages partnerships with Jackson’s key distribution partners, asset managers, and financial technology platforms. By strategically aligning Jackson’s resources and delivering capabilities in a mutually beneficial manner, the team creates opportunities to expand access to protected investment solutions across the wealth management industry, ultimately helping to deliver better client outcomes. Interns within the Strategic Relationships Department will contribute to meaningful projects related to these partnerships and will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization.

Education
Undergraduate level – must be a rising junior or senior (2025-2026 Sophomore or Junior)
Requirements
Ideal internship candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management skills, analytical skills, a customer focus, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong initiative.
