Summary
As a Salesforce Agentforce + Data Cloud professional, you will be responsible for designing and delivering intelligent agent solutions integrated with unified customer data across Salesforce implementations. You will play a key role in building scalable Agentforce capabilities while leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to enable real-time, context-aware interactions.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise across Agentforce, Agentforce Vibes, Salesforce development, and Data Cloud architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes
Define prompts, intents, workflows, and agent orchestration strategies
Integrate Agentforce with Apex, Flows, LWC, and external systems
Exposure to AI based SDLC tools
Implement conversational AI and automation use cases
Ensure performance, scalability, and platform compliance
Conduct technical design reviews and support best practice adoption
Identify technical challenges and propose mitigation strategies
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and integration teams
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to enable unified and context-aware agent experiences
Implement unified profiles and identity resolution-based solutions
Support data harmonization and segmentation use cases
Enable real-time data activation for Agentforce workflows
Ensure adherence to security and data privacy standards
Collaborate with data and analytics teams

Must Have Skills
Strong Salesforce platform and development expertise
Hands-on experience with: Agentforce, Agentforce Vibes
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
Strong understanding of integrations and APIs
Knowledge of conversational AI concepts and prompt design
Ability to design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective stakeholder communication skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
Experience with unified profiles and identity resolution concepts
Knowledge of data harmonization and calculated insights
Understanding of real-time data activation principles
Familiarity with data governance and privacy considerations
Certifications
Salesforce certified System Architect or Salesforce certified Platform Architect - Preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer II - Mandatory
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist - Mandatory
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant - Mandatory
Additional Information
10–12+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
Hands-on experience delivering Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions
Experience working across Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
