What You Will Do:

  • The exceptional account management of builder house accounts with the goal of creating high customer satisfaction levels in a predominantly office-based environment

  • Drive natural gas attachment and conservation sales results

  • Proven ability to lead, initiate and manage change through innovative problem solving and strategic thinking

  • Data management and reporting responsibilities using internal and third-party data including accurate and timely market outlook and forecasting reports

  • Internal liaison between attachment/engineering/asset management/regional operations groups and the sales team to drive clarity of process and clear lines of communication with builders

  • Ensure consistent understanding and application of attachment policies and processes and develop recommendations for improvement

  • Provide outreach, training and education to the residential new construction market on new systems, policies and procedures as they arise via newsletters, webinars and other virtual and electronic means

  • Gather regional market intelligence reports, industry and customer trends, purchasing behaviors and other relevant information to help advise product positioning and market strategies

  • Occasionally represent Enbridge at outside events as required

  • Focus on your own development through various initiatives, project work and training opportunities

Who You Are:

You have the following education and skills:

  • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience that includes 4+ years' in B2B sales, customer satisfaction/care and/or marketing strategy

  • Strong understanding of the residential new construction market including the impacts of energy transition

  • Analytical skills with an ability to work under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Experience with Power BI, Maximo, GIS, Get Connected would be considered an asset

  • Comfortable advocating for the use of natural gas as an affordable and resilient energy solution

Preferred:

  • Related demand side management or conservation industry experience

  • Familiarity with building codes and standards

  • Experience with municipal governments

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional customer visits and some overnight travel, mainly within Ontario, may be required.

  • Evening and weekends may be for event participation.
