Becoming part of our Operative Sourcing Team for indirect Material & Services, you will participate in an exciting journey of optimizing ABB costs by delivering high level services to our internal stakeholders within Procurement area. To do so you will closely collaborate with Procurement Managers, Procurement Team Members and internal stakeholders. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping best in class procurement processes and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

What you will do:

• Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders

• Conduct phone negotiations with the suppliers

• Monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders

• Manage on time deliveries

• Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices

• Perform supplier registration and qualification process

• Maintain master data requests

• Closely collaborate with your internal stakeholder and suppliers

• Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements

• Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm

What is required:

• Proficient in business Japanese / English

• Excellent communication skills, especially in phone conversations

• Customer focus with proactive attitude

• 2 years of relevant procurement experience

• Very good knowledge of Excel and SAP
