About the Role​

We’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy, and people-focused HR Analyst to join our dynamic global HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across several exciting domains including Total Rewards, HR Change & Transformation, HR Digital and Employee Engagement. What You’ll Do​

Total Rewards Support

  • Assist in compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, and data analysis​
  • Support our business as we evolve our job architecture and skills frameworks to help drive internal career pathways​
  • Assist with validating data and providing support for the annual compensation planning cycle​
  • Help prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership​

Change & Transformation

  • Contribute to HR change initiatives, including organizational design and process improvements​
  • Support communication and engagement strategies during transformation projects​
  • Help track project milestones and outcomes​

HR Digital & AI

  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of HR technologies and tools​
  • Support data integrity and analytics efforts across HR platforms​
  • Explore AI-driven solutions to enhance employee experience and HR operations

Employee Engagement

• Assist in assessing and improving our Company's Organizational Health Index, working with business leaders to drive employee engagement.​

  • Assist in deploying and analyzing data from regular employee engagement surveys to inform key people initiatives. ​

What We’re Looking For​

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Accounting or related field​

• 0–3 years of experience in HR, analytics, or related areas​

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail​

• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, etc. a plus)​

• Interest in emerging HR technologies and digital transformation​

• Excellent communication and organizational skills​

• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn​

Location: West Chester, PA (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office),

These estimates consider a wide range of factors in making base salary decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

In addition to salary, Resolution Life US offers a comprehensive benefits package, including our health & wellness program, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The range for the role may differ based on the location.
