As a Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Some of your main duties will include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects, and developing programs and project budgets.
The Future Caregiver is someone who:
• Has High-level management and leadership skills.
• Is experience with Program Management, Project Management, or leadership within the Cleveland Clinic Institutes or service line management.
• Is familiar with the metrics required to manage a physician and APP practice.
• Has a highly analytical approach and skillset.
• Is experience with developing and presenting complex ideas via PowerPoint to large groups.
Please be advised that caregivers in this position will work in a hybrid model, meaning some on-site days at the listed physical location are required.
