The Consumer Product Sales Sr. Lead Analyst is accountable for complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results of an area. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategy to optimize all sales channels to deliver a consistent client experience and a multiproduct sales platform.
  • Responsible for meeting the sales goals for a specific product or product set.
  • Increase sales agent productivity through refinement of the multiproduct sales platform.
  • Support efforts to refine and improve the risk policies for a specific product or product set.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to optimize processing costs.
  • Work with the key stakeholders to maximize cross-selling and in bound sales leveraging activities at key customer touch points.
  • Support the expense management discipline to generate sales at agreed levels for all products.
  • Develop and lead relationships with stakeholders to drive partnerships and deployment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency with Citigroup’s Compliance & Control policy and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings with customers, partners and regulators.
  • Ensure key metrics are met.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years related product sales experience.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to represent the organization with the leaders of partner organizations. Knowledge of general banking operations and cross-sell opportunities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
