As one of our Retirement Plan Services Representatives, you’ll take high-volume inbound phone calls providing customer service to retirement plan clients. You’ll help callers feel comfortable and supported while answering general retirement plan questions. You’ll explain financial concepts and regulations. You’ll build trust in these interactions by utilizing resources to understand business and regulatory requirements, performing research, and ensuring the resolution of unclear or incomplete requests in real-time over the phone. 

 

You don’t need any previous experience or knowledge in investment management to thrive in this job. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career with Capital Group.

  • You have customer service experience in any industry and enjoy talking to people over the phone. 

  • You’re a tech-savvy problem solver. You can research and resolve customer questions quickly, working across multiple systems throughout the day. 

  • You’ve taken on challenging customer interactions with patience, empathy, and composure, knowing when to take ownership and when to escalate client concerns. 

  • You enjoy staying informed of the company's products and services, policies and procedures, and applicable regulations and legal requirements. 

  • You’re open to working overtime hours, as needed.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $40,090-$64,144

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $42,700-$68,320

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
