We are looking for a HOME & LIFESTYLE graphic design specialist - Bring your lifestyle or home Design experience to Disney!
Have you had experience in design and creative development - all the way through from concept idea through to the final artwork?
This role is crucial for managing and setting style guide directions, creating original graphic assets, and developing creative concepts for Disney's global franchises, with a focus on lifestyle and fashion.
You will be responsible for the EMEA region, supporting global creative teams, driving vision and innovation through unique and original graphics, and providing top-quality creative solutions.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week plus one day working from home
Help develop and implement creative directions and strategy across Disney's brands and characters
Develop, lead and oversee graphic design and style guides for global use
Help develop creative, from idea generation through to consumer trend-right, art direction and design for both licensed, Disney-owned products and operated businesses across EMEA
Understand and implement consumer and design trends to create world-class creative solutions for Disney
Ensure design excellence by maintaining integrity and leading artistic and creative direction
Present your ideas and pitches to Disney colleagues and external partners
Champion creative, character and brand integrity at all stages whilst advocating for creative excellence
Proven work experience in graphic design and trend-led graphic asset generation aimed at lifestyle and home
Demonstrable level of market and trend knowledge for lifestyle, home, stationery, and fashion
Experience of working with global brands in an international environment
Proven experience translating graphic IP into commercial product
Ability to create both core design solutions as well as new interpretive and trend-right styles
Ability to clearly communicate, present, and sell creative ideas both in formal and informal settings
Strategic and creative thinker with world-class design aesthetic
