We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst
Hybrid working model – Novi Sad or Belgrade Office
Job Description:
Join a high-performing team supporting a Top Tier bank. You will lead complex cross-module designs and upgrades, own critical decisions as the functional authority, and mentor junior analysts. Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure quality delivery across projects and support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex gap analysis and cross-domain designs
Direct L3 resolution for high-impact incidents and drive permanent solutions
Mentor junior BAs and review specifications, test assets, and release documentation
Engage with other SCD teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Local escalation point for incidents
Your Profile:
5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position
Expertise in Insurance Accounting is a plus, ideally knowledge in SimCorp Dimension (or other comparable solution) functional landscape and accounting/instruments
Excellent stakeholder management (Ops, Finance, Risk, IT)
