Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of clients within the Sports, Media & Entertainment industry vertical. Supported by your Sports Head and sales management, you will be equipped to sell Orion products and services to new prospects.

The role involves discovering and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. If you possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable demonstrating our services and products to potential clients, we would like to meet you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel, including C-level executives, within assigned customer accounts.
  • Drive business growth through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and generate leads.
  • Attend networking events to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand business.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Support the team with other duties as needed.

Accountabilities and Measures

  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Achieve strategic customer objectives set by company management.
  • Complete strategic customer account plans in line with company standards.

Experience, Qualifications, and Personal Qualities

  • A strong knowledge of and passion for Sports is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain a pipeline of deals and opportunities.
  • Initiative and creativity in contributing to business growth.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; capable of articulating concepts to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and challenges to provide an industry-leading customer experience.
  • Confidence to persuade decision-makers and establish yourself as a thought leader.

What We Offer We provide a competitive salary with a fantastic on-target earnings (OTE) package. We also offer a hybrid working model, with two days in the office and three days working from home.
