A Workforce Planning Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing the current and future workforce needs of an organization, developing and implementing strategies to optimize the use of human resources, and monitoring and evaluating the outcomes. A workforce planning senior analyst is responsible for analyzing the expenses related to the human capital of an organization, they will also create and maintain budgets, reports, and forecasts for different business units, projects, or functions and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. A workforce planning senior analyst may also conduct forecasting, scenario planning, and gap analysis to identify and address workforce challenges and opportunities. To succeed in this role, they need to have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of finance and workforce planning principles and practices.
