Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Senior L3 Operations Engineer to support and troubleshoot complex issues within a large-scale Identity Governance environment. The role focuses on advanced production support, provisioning troubleshooting, workflow diagnostics, connector issue resolution, and operational analysis.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ operations, including log analysis, lifecycle event troubleshooting, and identity provisioning support across integrated applications.


Roles & Responsibilities:
-Provide L3 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, troubleshooting complex issues related to provisioning, identity requests, workflows, and lifecycle events.
-Investigate failures in Identity Requests, provisioning plans, approval flows, and scheduled tasks, performing log analysis and identifying root causes.
-Support troubleshooting of aggregation, correlation, and identity cube creation issues across authoritative sources and connected applications.
-Analyze and resolve connector-related issues (Active Directory, JDBC, REST/Web Services, etc.) and assist in resolving integration problems.
-Review and troubleshoot BeanShell rules and workflow logic to identify operational issues and coordinate fixes with development teams when required.
-Monitor and maintain scheduled tasks, background jobs, and system health, ensuring reliable identity lifecycle processing.
-Support incident, service request, and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
-Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve IAM-related operational issues and integration dependencies.
-Perform impact analysis and validation for configuration changes, patches, and upgrades affecting the IIQ environment.
-Contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives to enhance platform stability and efficiency.
-Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and environment health checks, assisting with failover validation and restoration activities when required.


Professional & Technical Skills:
-Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ production support and troubleshooting
-Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management and Provisioning processes
-Experience troubleshooting provisioning failures, workflow issues, and identity request problems
-Familiarity with connectors such as Active Directory, JDBC, REST, or Web Services
-Experience reviewing BeanShell rules and workflows for operational troubleshooting
-Good understanding of IdentityIQ architecture and identity cube processing
-Experience with log analysis platforms (Sumo Logic, Splunk, ELK, or similar)
-Working knowledge of SQL queries for operational troubleshooting
-Basic familiarity with Unix/Linux commands for application troubleshooting
-Exposure to ITSM tools and ITIL processes



Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
