You will be responsible for the efficiency and quality of all operations related to driver registration, activation, and early-life engagement. You will identify opportunities to improve the driver journey, optimize the registration-to-activation funnel, and drive initiatives that accelerate first trips and maximize engagement during the first 30 days. You will work cross-functionally to remove operational bottlenecks, improve conversion and retention, and ensure successful initiatives can be scaled across markets.

• <point>Analytics and performance - you will be responsible for defining and monitoring relevant KPIs to track registration, activation, retention, and the performance of different initiatives.</point>
• <point>Processes and tools - you will create and optimize processes and tools to improve operational efficiency, provide visibility on performance, facilitate access to information, and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI.</point>
• <point>Stakeholder management - you will work closely with internal teams to gather feedback, align on priorities and processes, and provide support when needed.</point>
• <point>User experience - you will iterate to optimize the registration and activation journey, strengthen engagement, and improve the overall value proposition.</point>
• <point>Scaling - you will be responsible for sharing results and best practices, and cooperating with the Central Ops team and other local teams to replicate successful initiatives across Bolt markets.</point>
