What You’ll Be Doing

List and describe the key responsibilities of the role.

• Work with AR and Revenue team to create invoices, post cash payments, bill customer on their billing portals.
• Sending out collection notices, enabling customer permission on our portal, working with our sales team to resolve issues,
• Sales tax issues, posting cash payments on accounts, and other tasks as requested by the finance department.

• Past experience working with foreign corporations.
• Required to work during the normal US west coast working hours (9AM to 5PM Pacific)
• NetSuite experience
• Experience required: 3+ years
• You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and have an inclination for documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter, manages time efficiently, able to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision
