This a contract role responsible for supporting Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities within the Master Data Management (MDM) function. Key responsibilities include Vendor and Client onboarding, replication of vendor and client records, bank detail updates, commission processing, and address reconciliations. The role also requires hands-on involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Job Description:

Key activities of this role -

• Manage end-to-end Vendor and Client onboarding processes for the India market.

• Possess strong knowledge of documentation requirements involved in the onboarding process.

• Apply working knowledge of GST, LDC, and Indian taxation during onboarding and validations which is essential.

• Ensure timely and error-free execution of daily operational activities in line with SLAs.

• Perform thorough validation and verification of all vendor and client documentation.

• Conduct vendor data reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.

• Support bank detail updates, commission processing, and address reconciliation activities.

• Assist the Reporting Manager with operational dashboards, MIS, and analytical reporting requirements.

• Handle multiple priorities effectively, balancing routine BAU tasks with ad-hoc deliverables.

• Actively participate in UAT activities, including validation and issue tracking.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Com, M.Com, or MBA with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in BPO/KPO environments, preferably in transactional processing or accounting

• Strong exposure to India market processes, including Vendor and Client onboarding; working knowledge of GST is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.

• Strong work ethic with flexibility to support extended or shifting work hours when required.

• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage workload during peak periods.

• Willingness to accept additional and urgent tasks as and when required 

• Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Strong time‑management skills and capability to perform under high‑volume conditions.
