Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are clearly understood and delivered efficiently. The position demands coordinating efforts across different teams, managing timelines, and overseeing the implementation process to guarantee the successful deployment of customized solutions. Continuous communication and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering collaboration and driving project progress.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve any technical challenges.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain quality and timely completion.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of order to cash processes and their implementation within SAP SD.
- Experience in configuring pricing, billing, and credit management modules.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Finance and Materials Management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to sales and distribution workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
