Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and maintain productivity and cost optimization standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows to identify and execute high-impact improvements
  • Design and manage scalable data systems, dashboards, and  analytics to provide reliable insights for performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate and implement standards into business processes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Lead initiatives focused on automation, digitalization, and process excellence to sustain competitive advantage and operational efficiency.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
  • Relevant project leadership and/or execution experience in  electronics or semiconductor manufacturing operations with proven success in productivity improvement and standardization.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven approach

 

Other Important Requirements:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Eager to both share and acquire new knowledge
