We are looking for an Analytics Manager/Sr. Manager to drive the robust analysis and insights needed to support a fast-growing technology company. This position reports to the Director, Analytics and will have interaction and visibility with executive and senior leadership teams.
Your role combines equally data insights and preparation along with business partnership. You will need to deeply understand the Intapp’s GTM strategy and be a key contributor to its success.
What you will do:
· Understand Intapp’s GTM strategy and translate analytics to report on execution, highlighting opportunity areas and other valuable insights
· Partner with Executive, Sales, and Marketing Leadership teams to develop data and analytics products that will enable data-driven decision making.
· Build and grow relationships with internal teams (including GTM, Marketing, Senior Leaders) to proactively identify business needs and address them using data-backed approaches.
· Support executive management by providing timely and ad hoc reporting on critical issues.
· Own and track corporate and functional metrics for GTM teams, including but not limited to ACV, sales cycles, funnel conversion, and performance to budget.
· Support Sales and Marketing teams with data and analysis to manage and improve business operations.
· Prepare quarterly management reporting – analyze financial results, distill key trends, business risks, and communicate key messages to senior leadership.
· Support the planning process for annual and 3-year cycles.
· Design and refine operating models to help predict future performance, perform scenario analysis, and guide business on strategic decisions.
· Work with our Data Engineering team to improve data collection/acquisition processes and build tools to make data access, extraction, and analysis more efficient.
· Develop compelling recommendations and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders.
What you will need:
· 8+ years of professional experience with a core focus on Business Analytics; high growth B2B technology in software is highly preferred.
· Demonstrated experience interacting with Senior and Executive functional leadership
· Advanced hands-on skills in SQL, Excel, and industry leading CRM systems
· Experience building & managing dashboard suites in tools like Tableau.
· Demonstrated experience using visualization software to convey analytical findings in easy-to-digest views.
· Detailed-oriented, self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, especially when information and/or support is lacking.
· Comfortable handling ambiguously defined problems, developing creative solutions, and delivering against aggressive timelines.
· Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Business acumen: Ability to connect the dots between detailed data sets and business problems we are working to solve. Ability to connect analytics to company’s strategy
