Intern – for ITBP, PH team

Role Summary
The Intern will provide day‑to‑day support to the PH project and operations, working closely with PH ITBP team. This role focuses on follow‑up coordination, operational support, and basic project administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support on the PH Project by tracking open items, following up on pending actions, and helping ensure timely closure of outstanding tasks.
• Assist in system daily operations, including operational coordination, basic issue tracking, and documentation support.
• Provide general support to the PH ITBP team, such as preparing simple materials, organizing information, and assisting with internal coordination when needed.
• Help maintain project‑related documents, meeting notes, and status trackers to support overall project execution and transparency.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented working style.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Teams is a plus.
• Ability to support multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills.
