District Sales Specialist – Abbott Diabetes Care

Region: Örebro and Värmland 

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives through innovative diabetes care solutions? Abbott Diabetes Care is seeking an experienced District Sales Specialist to join our team in Örebro and Värmland.

About the Role

As a strategic sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. You will represent Abbott’s market-leading products and contribute to improving the lives of individuals with diabetes.

Who We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven work experience from diabetes healthcare/business, or cardiovascular devices.

  • Proven Sales experience is an advantage in the requested fields.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Solid understanding of the Swedish healthcare system is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Valid B driving license.

  • Must reside within the district (Örebro and Värmland) to ensure proximity to customers and efficient territory coverage.

The role requires being in the field five days per week, with regular visits to stakeholders. The frequency and timing of these visits should be planned in alignment with stakeholder needs and agreed priorities.
