KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Receives all inbound service calls from existing and new accounts to ensure that the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner.
Tracks call outcomes and opportunities to identify trends for customer service improvements.
Provide pre-sales support to customers by discussing deliverable products and services for their business.
Maintains knowledge of ThedaCare products and services.
Efficiently manages information systems including entry and maintenance of company profiles.
Coordinates renewals for small to medium group customers.
Supports marketing activities under the direction of Sales or Operations leader.
Acts as a liaison between Operations and customer.
Provides customer service by responding to frequent and potentially complex questions from internal and external customers in a timely, positive, and professional manner.
Works as a partner with team members and demonstrates willingness to do whatever needs to be done to meet the needs of the customer or department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
HS diploma or equivalent
3-4 years of relevant administrative/sales experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Climate controlled office setting with daily movement throughout the facility
Interaction with department members and other healthcare providers
Use of computers throughout the work day
Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers
Position requires compliance with department specific competencies.
