Purpose: The Business Unit Manager - Immunology is responsible for directing and leading the Country Value Team (CVT), which is composed of direct reports in Sales and Marketing, as well as indirect reports from the cross-functional team (MAF, Access, etc.). This role generates and implements the strategy to maximize demand for the therapeutic areas and ensure achievement of the business plan.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, and lead Marketing and demand-generation strategies for Immunology portfolio, ensuring achievement of the 2026 business plan.
  • Oversee execution of strategies for the portfolio's indications.
  • Develop and lead the team under their responsibility: Product Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives.
  • Validate, together with SFE, the sales quota and incentive plan each quarter.
  • Plan and manage the Marketing and Sales P&L.

Requirements:

  • Sales & Marketing knowledge / Bachelors Degree completed
  • Analytical capability
  • Portfolio and/or franchise management
  • Health economics and pharmaceutical environment
  • Financial knowledge or background
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of institutional access processes and government sales.
  • CenCa knowledge
  • People Management.
  • Advanced level of english
