Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing Agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the Agile project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project success. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, communicating with stakeholders and managing project risks and issues. - Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and continuously improve project processes and practices. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile project management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile project management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
