Job Summary
• This role is responsible for engaging in troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve issues in non-operational equipment while executing equipment modifications as directed by test or manufacturing engineers. The role performs a wide range of functions related to repairing, refurbishing, assembly/disassembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of various equipment and components. The role plays a pivotal part in maintaining and optimizing equipment on a daily basis to ensure functionality and prevent issues.

Responsibilities
• Performs functions associated with repairing, refurbishing, assembly/disassembly, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of various parts and equipment.
• Engages in troubleshooting tasks to identify issues in non-operational equipment and executes equipment modifications as instructed by test or manufacturing engineers.
• Maintains and optimizes equipment on a daily basis to enhance functionality and prevent problems.
• Ensures that the site maintains a workforce with the requisite skills and capabilities to meet current and future customer service requirements.
• Conducts repairs and maintenance activities related to manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Interfaces with internal and external customers on business and operational issues involving the organization's service commitments.
• Aligns individual work with strategy, collaborates with teams to enhance operations and implements process improvements to standardize processes globally.
• Adheres to established standards, ensuring data confidentiality, and supports execution of business processes with independent judgment.
• Completes process-oriented assignments, shares technical information, and supports department-level operational plans.
• Identifies and solves varied problems and completes day-to-day tasks with forward planning and minimal supervision.

Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in equipment diagnosis, technical repair, blueprint reading, or a related field.
