Amentum is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support an OCONUS contract within our Intelligence and Cyber Business. The Sr. Program Manager will manage and represent the company as the authorized representative for the contractual, technical, and administrative performance of all services required for this program.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties as the Amentum authorized representative for the technical and administrative performance of all services required under this contract

  • Act as the first Point of Contact (POC) for contractual or administrative questions or difficulties that arise related to the contract

  • Responsible for program leadership, decision making and management of work

  • Utilizing a skilled team in an environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness.

  • Demonstrate and apply highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills the

  • Ability to manage complex programs in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice tasking’s under high pressure situations.

  • Work as the primary point of contact for the customer through which communications, work assignments, and technical direction flow between the Government and the Contractor

  • Ensure that the full range of corporate resources are made available to perform task.

  • Ensure that all services are delivered, and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets.

  • Alert the Government on ways in which costs can be reduced and efficiencies gained.

  • Ensure adequate qualified staffing is available to provide continuous services throughout the period of performance on the contract.

  • Proactively search for better ways of performing work and make recommendations on how to improve the processes used to accomplish the requirements, to include implementation of automated tools.

  • Support the Government in planning and evaluating customer requirements, to include feasibility, estimating resources, costs and schedules and implementation of business models.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have an active Top Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.

  • Eight (8) years management experience with (5) years of supervisory experience with support operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or 12+ years of management experience

  • Development, maintenance, and reporting of facility and service metrics

  • Contract negotiations, modifications, and other related contractual requirements.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Expert computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience using MAXIMO

  • Willing to work OCONUS, in Annapolis Junction, MD, and Falls Church, VA 30-days at a time.

Preferred Experience:

  • Industry recognized certification in Program and/or Project Management or Facility Management

  • OCONUS DoD Construction Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of ICD 705 standards
