Flynn Group of Companies is excited to be looking for a Service Manager (Commercial Roofing) in the Windsor, ON area! Responsibilities
Build and expand the Flynn brand within the local market!
Build relationships and partnerships with local customers
Attend networking events and customer meetings
Oversee financials and budgets and manage workflow of invoicing/accounts receivables
Quotes for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades
Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crews
Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
 
Requirements
5-7 years’ experience in a Construction environment; Service Roofing experience is considered an asset.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills
Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)
