Who Are We?
Ultra EWST Ltd is a specialist engineering company that designs and builds state of the art Electromagnetic environment simulators, using high speed digital and RF components controlled by real-time software. These systems are exported worldwide to support the development and use of complex systems operating within the electromagnetic spectrum. The opportunity to travel internationally to work directly with customers may occur.
A Project Manager is needed to manage key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform risk management to minimise potential risks.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execution projects.
Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measures performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Manage client expectations.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Project Management certification (PMP, APM, PRINCE) mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Experience with project management software tools.
Experience of Agile Project Management.
Ability to obtain and maintain SC Clearance.
UK passport holder.
