Position Summary...

Provide cross functional transactional legal support to business, colleagues, and leaders.   • Provide excellent legal advice and counsel to a broad assortment of clients on a variety of topics with a particular emphasis on complex commercial transactions

  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts

  • Bring structure, uniformity and efficiency to the legal department’s transaction work

  • Develop best practices and procedures that will mitigate the company’s risk

  • Develop contract governance including playbooks and training material

  • Identify the need for legal support for business transactions and projects

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring… 

  • You have at least two years of legal experience

  • You have demonstrated excellence drafting complex commercial transactions in a retail context

  • You have experience working on cross-functional teams to move projects forward by gaining support needed

  • You have a proven track record of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation 

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills

  • You have demonstrated bias towards action and innovation

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
