We have an exciting opportunity to join our Parks & Resorts team as a Marketing Manager on a 18 month max term contract.


You will be contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of Travel & Tourism digital strategy, marketing campaigns and instilling digital best practices in lead generation. Putting members and consumers first, leverage data and insights to develop content and a digital experience that delivers on marketing ROI.


What will you be doing?
                       

Digital Strategy and Planning

  • Assisting with the implementation of the Travel & Tourism digital strategy in line with overall marketing strategy; Developing an audience strategy to support marketing initiatives and campaigns across owned and earned channels to drive marketing objectives;
  • Developing and leading a social media and content strategy in line with overall marketing strategy for Travel & Tourism products; Collaboration with relevant stakeholders to support content plan and implementation;
  • Reviewing new marketing technologies to deliver a competitive advantage for Travel & Tourism products i.e., MS Dynamics;
  • Establishing streamlined systems and business processes that enables people to operate at their best;
  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager with annual marketing planning.

Campaign Delivery

  • Manage creative development of digital media assets;
  • Optimising online marketing campaign activities to deliver on Travel & Tourism marketing objectives.
  • Build and manage web pages and drive promotion across digital channels

Consumer Experience

  • Managing the accuracy and quality of Travel & Tourism content across digital channels;
  • Supporting digital guest experience, including guest communications (SMS, email and website information);
  • Collaborating with RAC social media Team to deliver on Travel & Tourism content needs and social media goals.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Establishing an analytics and reporting framework for Travel & Tourism products to effectively measure channel effectiveness;
  • Providing regular reporting, insights and actionable recommendations to the Senior Marketing Manager, key stakeholders, and partners.
     

What are we looking for in you?

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing communications or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a digital marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of trends and techniques in digital and social media combine with advertising and marketing principles.
  • Action oriented, collaborative with strong communication / interpersonal skills.  
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
