Join our team as an Imaging Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. In this leadership-focused position, we are looking for a CT Tech to partner closely with the Imaging Manager to bring our mission to life—guiding and supporting frontline caregivers to achieve excellence in safety, quality, patient satisfaction, and team engagement.
As an Imaging Coordinator, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring teams are set up for success through effective staffing, streamlined workflows, and a strong focus on efficiency and compliance. You will serve as a mentor and resource, helping caregivers grow while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work across one or more imaging modalities, coordinating diverse teams ranging from small, multi-modality groups to larger, specialized teams. While primarily supporting community hospital settings, you may also contribute to select teams in trauma-level facilities—providing meaningful impact across a variety of care environments.

This position will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00-15:30.
Essential Functions
- Ensures patient, caregiver, and guest safety and satisfaction in accordance with existing principles and standards.
- Ensures provision of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic Imaging services in an operationally effective and efficient manner.
- Promotes caregiver engagement and team initiatives. Assists in hiring, orienting, training, staffing, retaining, evaluating, and motivating competent engaged caregivers.
- Maintains positive relationships within the department and facility including other departments, Radiologists, referring physicians, and customers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Professional Clinical Certification/Registration, i.e.; ARRT, ARDMS, etc.
- Current state Rad Tech License (if required for clinical discipline)
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Demonstrated imaging technologist experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Current CT Tech Registration.
- Five years of imaging experience.
- Two years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Physical Requirements
- Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.
- Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.
- Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc.)
- May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
- For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.
