Major Responsibilities:

1: Handle and Lead Quality Team

  • Advocate Quality culture
  • Develop, mentor, lead TMs
  • Define, deploy Quality Programs
  • Drive Strategic Quality initiative for the Site
  • Build a site quality team that will drive to zero deviations from product requirements.
  • Participate in efforts related to alignment and collaboration of Quality organizations in the Back end network
  • Work with all sites and business partners to establish an effective communication system.
  • Provide documented performance management for all direct reports with formal and informal feedback, work on a plan jointly to enhance strengths and address weaknesses, and establish performance plan goals with line of sight to IPP goals, MFG initiatives and company strategy.
  • Attract top talent to the group as needed to meet operational objectives
  • Develop line of sight metrics and lead Quality performance
  • Establish, measure, and commit to goals based results

2. Responsibility 2: Lead Product Quality Assurance, PQA

  • Deliver a consolidated and aligned focus on improving performance variation and deviations that impact required product quality
  • Develop an IQC process that works reciprocally between meaningful functional groups
  • Develop a Product Quality Management system though the supply chain
  • Provide Customer support (Customer audits, RMAs/Customer Complaints)
  • Provide lot disposition support
  • Support Product/Process Qualification
  • Collaborate with various partners on NPI

3. Responsibility 3: Handle Quality Management Systems, QMS

  • Facilitate Management review process
  • Lead Closed-loop Internal/External Audit System
  • Promote continuous improvement programs and Quality Culture
  • Lead and improve document control system
  • Drive BKMs and business process alignment
  • Develop a BIC Quality Culture at an appropriate cost

4. Responsibility 4: Execute Process Control System

  • Develop and sustain Process Control monitor programs
  • SPC
  • FMEA & Control Plans
  • Reduce process and equipment variation
  • Establish deviation management standards
  • Handle ESD Program compliance
  • Motivate Change Management compliance

5. Responsibility 5: Lab Management

  • Provide Failure Analysis support
  • Support Reliability testing execution
  • Ensure compliance to Equipment Calibration requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor/Master degree major in engineering or related discipline with equivalent quality management related experiences
  • MBA or oversea education background is preferred
  • Six-Sigma black belt preferred.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry. This should include 4+ years of management experience in international complex organization revenue of $ 1billion and up
  • Minimum of 8 years in leading team of authorities on Quality area
  • Must have rich experiences in the latest ISO policies, such as QS-9000 or ISO 9001 as well as Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Six Sigma etc.
  • Building engagement with team, Motivating team and cultivating teamwork, clear and open communication
  • Strong leadership and visional strategic planning capability
  • Required Knowledge of the overall Quality planning, Control Plan standard and Quality tools
  • Understand business needs and customers’ requirement
  • Ability to agree with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to get along with team to reach team goals and business objectives
  • Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback
  • Good at negotiation skill and quality engineering skills
  • Taking full responsibility for decisions & results even when all elements are not under individual direct control
  • Excellent English skill both in Oral and Written
