Group Product Manager, eCommerce Experiences & AB Testing

What you can expect

Zoom Video Communications is hiring a Group Product Manager, eCommerce Experiences & AB Testing to drive eCommerce solutions for Zoom. You would be responsible for managing a team in charge of merchandising via the pricing page. Additionally, you would define the checkout experience for our key verticals and products, as well as manage the post-purchase eCommerce experiences from upsell to retention.

About the Team

The eCommerce team is responsible for supporting and optimizing online checkout, driving new product introductions, and increasing overall online revenue. You will report directly to the eCommerce Group Manager within Zoom’s Online Business Unit. The team consists of product managers supported by legal, FP&A, data science, and engineering counterparts. We work in a Scrum Methodology to deliver web features and improvements in monthly releases.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of product managers following Zoom’s career development process is critical. Therefore, it is essential that you have experience managing product teams and guiding them on career development.

  • Overseeing the funnel optimization and UX across all online checkout and post-purchase flows, including the Pricing Page, Paywalls, and Billing Portal. With an eye for consistency, you will champion personalization and an effective customer journey while ensuring consistency. You should have a proven track record of results, such as growth or monetization.

  • Recommending and implementing strategies to optimize the end-to-end customer journey that promotes checkout, upsell, upgrade and engagement and minimize churn for customers.

  • Working in a cross-functional team with the eCommerce Group Manager and the broader online, product marketing, legal, engineering, procurement, revenue, and leadership teams. Together, you will create a seamless and scalable checkout experience that drives company growth.

  • Working in a cross-functionality to understand how platforms need to evolve to support new product offerings, promotions, and system integration capabilities.

  • Overseeing the completion of simultaneous complex projects that involve many systems (ie. Stripe, Cybersource, Zuora, Salesforce).

  • Understanding the Return on Investment of programs as they relate to company goals and prioritize accordingly. This includes delegating ownership of projects, managing timelines, guiding best practices, and implementing scalable processes. Having a data-driven mindset is critical to success.

  • Having expertise in optimizing digital experiences, including expertise in funnel analysis and segmentation, AB Testing best practices, and UX best practices.

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years of eCommerce experience.

  • Demonstrate expertise at leading teams who champion the customer experience in an eCommerce realm.

  • Be proficient in digital segmentation, funnel analysis, and optimization, with proven results.

  • Showcase experience creating customer-centric flows that meet KPIs and refining to meet goals.

  • Have experience in high tech, SaaS, Agile methodology.

  • Possess extensive experience with defining user experience, usability testing, A/B testing, and documenting the rationale based on that experience.

  • Possess a data-driven mindset within the team.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$140,400.00

Maximum:

$324,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
