The position of the " Technical Service & Business Admin” includes the following administrative tasks. The planning and execution of service processes, the development of service offers, the assumption of tasks, accounting and logistics.

Essential administrative Functions:

  • Support on selling and renewing service contracts
  • Administration activities related to service sales activities
  • Providing (service sales) reports to Management in SFDC
  • Order and invoice processing
  • Service entry and outgoing inspection
  • Spare Parts Administration / Purchasing / Procurement / Stock Count
  • Warehousing, packaging, shipping
  • Notification of special incidents according to MDR to the supervisor
  • Close cooperation with the whole Central Europe Service Team

Essential technical Functions:

  • Making sure all tasks are done well on time, minimizing overall TAT (turnaround times)
  • Tracking of activities in the Complaint Management System database
  • Handling of incoming customer calls and inquiries
  • Hands-on contribution to day-to-day output of department
  • Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met in a timely fashion

Skills Requirements:

  • IT skills in MS Office products, Oracle, SFDC
  • Strong organizational skills, being able to manage own workload proactively
  • Be a problem solver, analytical and methodical thinker
  • To assist in the promotion and sale of upgrades and options (e.g. service contracts)
  • To identify and implement improvements that enhance the customer´s satisfaction with ZOLL
