Job Description:
As the Director for Performance Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading a high performance marketing team, steering the budget and creative innovation, identifying and scaling cost-effective new customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. You will develop and execute a performance-driven marketing strategy for three channels across our 4 brands HelloFresh, GreenChef, Factor75, and EveryPlate. You will lead the teams managing our affiliate, influencer and digital partnerships/native channels. The candidate will be a key stakeholder of the Marketing team, collaborating with peers who are experts in their respective workstreams. You will manage key relationships with our largest partners.
This channel is highly performance marketing anchored, with success rooted firmly in high-value customer acquisition vs. brand awareness. Familiarity running and scaling campaigns measured with growth marketing metrics - CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, CLV etc. - is critical.
You will…
- Be the thought leader and subject matter expert on digital partnerships, influencer and affiliate marketing within the organization.
- Lead the strategy for influencer marketing with a focus on in-house bookings, and build the framework to develop an attractive influencer program.
- Drive sustainable and valuable growth through digital partnership innovation and optimization
- Develop scalable processes and operations with your team to build best-in class partnership programs (e.g., VIP box fulfillment, in-house booking at scale, legal contracting, financial onboarding).
- Lead deep dive analysis into performance and compile learnings with your team to define areas of focus.
- Coach, develop, manage, and lead a direct report team responsible for micro, mid, and larger partnerships.
- Establish and foster positive, trusted relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Have overall ownership of the marketing budget for three channels and optimize the mix to achieve company targets.
- Work closely with the measurement team to develop proprietary measurement frameworks for partnerships programs.
- Represent your team as part of the Marketing Leadership team in business reviews.

- Strong negotiator with experience managing large and complex relationships
- An analytical and data-driven marketer with a strong background in performance marketing metrics (e.g. CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, LTV)

- Experienced in building and managing performance marketing channels.
- Knowledgeable about performance marketing, trends, and best practices.

At a minimum, you have...
- 10+ years of professional experience in performance marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving results.
- 2+ years in affiliate/influencer marketing.
- 2+ years of team management and leadership experience.
- Experience in eCommerce and/or subscription business models (preferred).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and influencer marketing platforms and tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
