RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Reviewing 1st Line Drafts of contracts to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications as per 
Standard Operating Procedure or Playbook
•  Ensure timely and accurate entry into the contract management system with signatures from 
counterparties
•  Summarize contracts and track certain provisions in the contract management system as directed 
by legal department policies and procedures.
•  Communicate summary of contract provisions to various stakeholders within the business
•  To manage the Tracker for all the High Risk Agreement with Key Clauses
SKILLS:
•  Expert English drafting and communication skills is a must.
•  Experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts companies based in the United States 
(both US and India based contracts)
•  Demonstrated accountability and keen ability to meet aggressive time frames
•  Excellent knowledge and understanding of business law and contractual obligations.
•  Exceptional analytical and communication skills needed for analyzing the risk in 
agreement
•  High degree of professional ethics and integrity
•  Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
•  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

•  Experience following up and keeping internal stakeholders accountable for timelines
EXPERIENCES/BACKGROUND:
•  Paralegal certificate other similar certification
•  3 years of experience drafting/reviewing commercial contracts for a US based company
•  Experience utilizing contract management systems for US based companies
