The Lead Qualification Representative (LQR) plays a critical role in connecting marketing initiatives with sales execution across the Biosciences Division (BID). As a member of the North America commercial team, you will engage prospective and existing customers generated through marketing campaigns and data-driven initiatives, qualify opportunities, and help accelerate pipeline growth.
In this role, you will serve as an important link between Marketing, Sales, and our customers by identifying customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring leads are routed to the appropriate commercial resources. You will also leverage customer interactions and campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that help improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, curiosity, analytical thinking, and a customer-first mindset. While this position includes opportunities to quote and close smaller sales opportunities, its primary focus is creating qualified pipeline and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is an on-site position.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline is required. Equivalent laboratory or industry experience may be considered.

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $66,000.00–$85,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
