Join our Global Omnichannel Campaign Team in Warsaw and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge marketing technologies.

As an Intern, you'll create engaging content, develop training materials, and support omnichannel campaign strategies while learning from industry experts in healthcare marketing.

Main responsibilities

• Create and update digital content for our Omnichannel Portal using SharePoint and develop interactive training materials using the Whatfix platform
• Produce video tutorials and write documentation to help internal users navigate digital tools
• Develop user-friendly digital adoption content including walkthroughs and step-by-step guides
• Work closely with Product Owners and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support execution of content strategies for omnichannel campaigns

About you

• Current student status
• Availability to work minimum 32 hours per week
• Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing automation, content strategy, and storytelling
• Curiosity to learn new things and the ability to ask questions
• Interest in customer experience / UX concepts and AI usage in content production
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms (Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo, etc.)
